Nous faisons de notre mieux pour expédier nos outils en toute sécurité. Cependant, si la poste a décidé de transformer ton colis en ballon de foot, n’hésite pas à nous contacter directement ici. Nous aiderons toujours nos BROs !

Pour cela, nous ouvrirons un dossier auprès du transporteur concerné et aurons besoin de quelques informations de ta part. Certains prestataires demandent également des photos comme preuve (oui, c’est vraiment embêtant, mais c’est ainsi que ça fonctionne). Tu peux les télécharger directement ici. Voici quelques conseils :

  • Assure-toi que les dommages soient bien visibles (y compris sur le colis).
  • Ne jette surtout pas le carton ni le matériel de protection.
  • N'ouvre pas plusieurs dossiers chez nous, nous travaillons rapidement et nous reviendrons vers toi.
