Commande incorrecte
Si votre livraison est incomplète ou si vous constatez qu'il vous manque quelque chose dans votre commande (par exemple une batterie ou un chargeur), vous êtes au bon endroit. Ce problème peut avoir plusieurs causes, mais rassurez-vous, tout peut être réglé rapidement
Les raisons les plus fréquentes sont les suivantes :
  • Une erreur s'est produite lors de l'emballage (oui, nous sommes des humains, pas des machines)
  • Une partie de la commande est expédiée depuis un autre entrepôt
  • Quelqu’un a pu se montrer trop intéressé par votre commande et a joué au pickpocket. (ça arrive parfois)

Mais pas de panique ! Nous aidons toujours nos BROs. Notre processus d'emballage est surveillé par caméras, ce qui nous permet de retracer rapidement les erreurs et de les prouver. Veuillez remplir le formulaire ci-dessous afin que nous puissions examiner le cas et prendre des mesures nécessaires.
