    Le DML 812 de Makita est un projecteur portatif sans fil extrêmement puissant, d'une portée maximale de 640 mètres. Il dispose de 4 modes différents : lumière principale ( 600 lm ), projecteur (1000 lm ), lumière principale et projecteur ( 1250 lm ) et lumière clignotante ( 1200 lm ). Elle peut être alimentée au choix par une batterie 14,4 V ou par une batterie 18 V. La tête de la lampe peut être déplacée de 90° et le crochet situé sur la tête permet de fixer le projecteur à différents endroits (poutres, orties ou tuyaux). La poignée enrobée permet une prise en main sûre et agréable. La protection contre les décharges profondes éteint automatiquement l'appareil avant que l'Batterie ne soit presque vide et augmente ainsi la longévité de l'Batterie. Grâce à sa construction robuste et à la XPT (Xtreme Protection Technology), l'outil est parfaitement protégé contre la poussière et les projections d'eau, même dans des conditions difficiles.
