Rothenberger presents ROMAX® 4000, a battery powered press machine for system dependent pressing of up to 110 mm diameter with 32-34 Kn. It uses an improved and more powerful battery technology which allows an increase in pressings per single charge. Its low weight of only 3.6 kg and its balanced weight distribution reduce fatigue and enable a more ergonomic and effort-saving work even during continuous use. This tool features a CFT technology which guarantees a constant thrust during each press cycle. It allows service interval of 40.000 pressings/ 2 years down time to be reduced and increases productivity. The new Li-HD technology makes its batteries more powerful and more compact: denser cells reduce their weight and make these batteries slimmer while maintaining the same performance. As part of the Cordless Alliance System (CAS), the 8.0 Ah 18V battery of this ROMAX® 4000 can be used with more than 110 machines from different manufacturers, namely nine that use the same battery technology. This battery ensures a long service life owing to its protection against dirt. Its external rubber protection also makes it very robust, its capacity display allows control of the charging state and it can therefore be stored for a long time without quick discharge.
