Product Description:

The robust, high-performance Makita DMR 115 Bluetooth radio, with an IP65 protection rating, runs on 12 V, 14.4 V and 18 V Li-ion slide-in batteries or the supplied mains adaptor. You can easily connect to your smartphone via Bluetooth and play music. It features DAB+ reception, an AUX socket and a USB port. These ports can be used to charge your smartphone. The subwoofer on the underside of the housing, along with mid-range and tweeter speakers on the sides, ensure rich and clear sound. The construction site radio comes with 1 x Makita BL 1850 B 18 V 5.0 Ah Li-ion battery with LED display and 1 x Makita DC 18 RC 9.6 V – 18 V quick charger for Li-ion batteries. The Makita BL 1850 B battery impresses with its long runtime. An additional advantage is the short charging time of just 45 minutes in the Makita charger. Thanks to its low self-discharge rate and protection against short circuits, overvoltage and overheating, the battery offers maximum service life. Furthermore, the BL 1850 B features an LED charge level indicator for checking the remaining battery power. The Makita DC 18 RC is a rapid charger for 9.6–18-volt Li-ion batteries from Makita. The charger continuously monitors and regulates voltage and temperature via an integrated microprocessor, thereby guaranteeing optimal charging cycles whilst also protecting the batteries through optimally controlled cooling airflow. The rapid charger charges Makita’s 18-volt battery generation extremely quickly, resulting in very short charging breaks or a seamless workflow, provided, for example, that two batteries are available.
