Le perforateur burineur DHR 263 de Makita est conçu pour les travaux de perçage, de martelage et de burinage. Grâce à l’Original-Makita-System intégré, elle s'alimente via 2 batteries de 18 volts. Ce système arrête automatiquement l'appareil lorsque la "petite" batterie est à plat. La DHR 263 n'est compatible qu'avec un mandrin SDS-plus et dispose d'un débrayage de sécurité, qui protège le moteur ainsi que l'utilisateur en cas de blocage de l'outil. Elle est également dotée d'un témoin de niveau de charge de la batterie, d'une poignée anti-vibrations, amortisseur de vibrations et d'une LED qui assure l'éclairage optimal de la zone de travail. Avec son design à revêtement en caoutchouc lui confère une robustesse impressionnante lors des travaux de chantier.
