    Le foret à métaux HSS-G permet de percer le métal avec une précision optimale. La pointe à 135° et affûtage en croix combine une coupe active et un centrage parfait sans déviation, pour une précision optimale. La pointe rend également tout pointage ou avant-trou superflu jusqu’à 10 mm de diamètre. Ce foret de précision fabriqué en acier rapide (High Speed Steel) permet une progression de perçage 40 % plus rapide et un effort de poussée inférieur de 50 % par rapport aux forets HSS standard à affûtage conique. Ce foret est conçu pour percer des trous dans l’acier allié et non allié, l’acier moulé, la fonte grise, l’acier fritté, la fonte malléable, les métaux non ferreux et les plastiques durs. Il est doté d’un système à queue cylindrique (diamètre de la queue égal au diamètre du foret) et est destiné à être utilisé avec des supports de perçage et des perceuses-visseuses.

    Le foret HSS-G est fabriquée conformément à la norme DIN 338. De type N (angle de l'hélice), elle est dotée d’une pointe de perçage 135 degrés et d’une tolérance de diamètre h8.
